Privacy Policy — Travel Budget Manager

Travel Budget Manager ("the app") is provided by TranZen Studio. This policy explains what the app does — and does not do — with your information. In short: your trip data stays on your device.

Data you enter. Your trips, budgets, categories, and expenses are stored locally on your own device, in your browser or app storage. This information is not transmitted to, or stored on, any server operated by TranZen Studio. There is no account system, and we cannot see your data.

Optional AI budget starter. If you choose to use the optional AI budget starter, the app sends only the request you type (for example, a destination or travel style and a budget range) to Google's Gemini service to generate trip suggestions. It sends nothing else — not your saved trips, budgets, or expenses. This feature is optional and requires you to provide your own Google Gemini API key. Your use of Google's service is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

Live exchange rates. To convert between currencies, the app fetches current exchange-rate data from a third-party rate service. These requests contain only currency codes (for example, USD to EUR) — never your personal or budget information.

App resources. The app loads standard components (such as its chart and date-picker libraries) from a content delivery network. These are ordinary web-resource requests and do not include your personal data.

What we do not do.

- No account or login.

- No advertising.

- No third-party analytics or tracking.

- No sale or sharing of personal data — we do not collect it in the first place.

Children. The app is not directed to children.

Changes. We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date above will reflect any changes.
