The Binary Decision Cockpit is an app companion of The Binary Decision Path. The Cockpit walks the method with you: find the true question, split it in two, weigh the two for leverage, follow the heavier branch down, and stop when the next step is obvious. It never decides for you — it enumerates options, arranges what you sort, draws the tree, and keeps the process honest.
Runs on your own device. It's a Progressive Web App — open it in a browser, or install it. Nothing to sign up for; your session stays with you.
On-device by default. Suggestions come from a built-in, offline list. If you are connected to the internet, there is a button allowing you to access a free Google Gemini. Google Gemini provides live suggestions; in Private mode a free key stays on-device, so your question never leaves the machine unless you allow it.
Keep your work. Export a finished decision as Markdown or PDF, or replay it step by step.

Download to your computer — saves the app as a zip. Unzip it, open the docs folder, and double-click index.html to run it — no internet needed.
